Hi I am looking at a fabia vrs Se and recently it has had a new camshaft now I have heard they have problems with them but should I be worried buying it after it has just been replaced or is this a positive thing?

Cam and followers get replaced because the wrong oil got used or it wasn't changed on schedule.

It's not a good thing, it means the car has not been correctly serviced.
