Karoq facelift

Featured Replies

Hi all! I’m about to order a new Karoq 1.5 petrol DSG as decent summer deal on until Sept 30th and good Car Wow offers, however, isn’t the new facelift due start of 2020? Know the main updates are new extras with regards to tech & engines & new rear Skoda badge. Does anyone know any other major style changes as not sure if to wait until the new facelift is out? Thanks!

There was a statement on the Skoda Karoq website a while ago stating that all FACTORY orders from July 2019 would be 2020 spec.

The current brochure pictures on their website show the 2020 model with the new boot badging.

It depends where your supplier is getting their cars from, there may be 2019 spec models still around unsold, or if yours is actually going to be a factory order. It may be wise to clarify it with them.

The minor F/L MY20 is available to order now.

Thank you, very helpful!

If the facelift is the one with S K O D A written across the back there was one in Marshalls at Letchworth today,  an Edition model.

We will hear all about Karoq or Kodiaq Facelift models when they come,  they will be trailed for months in Auto Express,

model year changes happen every year.

As to the new 'Badging' that is less a face lift and more a back end Branding excercise.

There are a few already out and about Debadged and rather nice they look with the wiped arse look.  Easier to polish.
