 Will a 2016 mk 3 towbar fit a mk 2 octavia .Both are estate cars

I wouldn't expect so. They are different platforms meaning they probably have different mounts on the chassis.

 

You could always see if various companies offer the same part number for both cars. If they do it's more likely to fit 🙂
