Climatronic fan not working - Octavia Mk2 2006

The fan for air conditioning and heater on my 2006 Octavia Mk2 L&K is not working. I have checked the fuses and they are OK. Does it have a relay that might have failed? I am hoping it is not the fan unit itself, as this seems to be peculiar to RHD models with climatronic and was discontinued by Skoda in 2022. (Part no. 1K2 820 021).

I can't find a service schedule for the car, but hear rumours of a 40k DSG oil change... Can anyone point me in the direction of service schedules, please? Hello I have a Amunsen MIB2 with MST2_EU_SK_ZR_P0359T SW0359 HW28 PART NUMBER 5Q0 035 874B I have been looking very where to find an update as i believe there is SW 0363 H31 that will work on my system. I have also read that SW 0456 HW41 also works but i am not 100%. is there anyone that has either of these software or hardware they are will to share or has anymore information that could help me please would be much appreciated.
