Swapping front seats

Featured Replies

I got 05 octavia mk1. The seats are getting worn out and they are not as comfy as they once used to be. I am thinking to swap the front seats with the mk2 seats but i was wondering wheter if it is possible and how tough it could be.

Dont know if the mk2 seats are compatible, but a lot of people have swapped for mk4 gti golf recaros.

Lot neater to do all the seats though and.. if you can, get a black floor carpet (golf/ non vrs octy etc) and fit that while you have the seats out. Black carpets a lot easier to keep clean than the original white one..
