Hi I have just bought a mk1 fabia tdi and the rear suspension bushes are wrecked the rubber is like cloth ar this point. However the suspension is not original as it appears to be lowered. I was wondering if VRS shocks will fit in the front and rear of a fabia mk1 or if its best to just polybush or any other recommendations really.

Just poly bush it, if it's been lowered then it's probably already had new shocks and springs.

 

If you want to throw extra money at it then fit a RARB.

Where do I find the right polybushes though as thats what I am most tempted to do.

All Fabia Mark 1 are the same, any poly bushes will fit.

If it's the ream beam bushes that you're changing you'll need to find out if you have the 69mm or 72.5mm bush -
