Hi guys wondering if anyone could help, recently just purchased my mk1 fabia vrs I love it but the only thing letting it down is that the gearbox when in neutral feels like a spoon in a bowl, it drives great and no odd noises? Is there a way I can make each gear selection tighter rather than it feeling like a mixing bowl, it selectors all the gears fine but just feels sloppy cheers in advance 👍

When in neutral leave the gear stick well alone then. No need to stir it, 'Simply clever' cheap fix.

Try resetting the gear linkage cables, do a search for a complete 'how to'
