SuperSkoda paypal issue

Just thought I would share this with you. A recent problem Ive had concerning a purchase I made with superskoda in september. I bought some door sills for my skoda karoq which I have just purchased and paid via paypal. Then nothing payment was made order shows accepted by them but no shipping. Now I email superskoda and they say that they have not received payment for the goods so I check paypal sure enough payment made to them also check bank payment left my account so find this strange..So I contact them a number of times over the next 2 weeks and eventually get a reply saying it has been passed to the manager for review. I contact paypal they send superskoda confirmation that I have paid and tell me also to send them the paypal transaction id which I do and again no reply from superskoda.Its now another week gone by I give up and think I will just get my money back from paypal. Bearing in mind Ive bought plenty of things from them in the past and never had any problems and would not want to put people off buying from the because Ive always had excellent service from them, but what the hell is going on.They even refuse to accept paypal sending them confirmation now Anyway my rant is over Im just sorry it has come to this unfortunately.
