VCDS - BCM coding

In a Fabia 5J 2009 scan I jotted up the codes that VCDS very helpfully throws up in a little window - see picture.

What does code +16 refer to? On the old Fabia I code +16 referred to the 4-door version. Is there a 2-door Fabia?

Also why would the 5J have a code +32? The BCM has nothing to do with the heated seats. On a current flow diagram there is no input from STG09 to the heated seat regulator.
