Removed fog light surround and found this behind it, something to be worried about or not?

Looks fairly standard. Oil/air and blow-by  emulsion gets thrown through the intercooler. When it cools, it condenses and settles at the lowest point. i.e. That bit.

 

Careful putting the air guide thingy back on as incorrectly fitted they can wear through the i/c core.
