Can anyone help

Passenger door lock keeps unlocking continuously, it sounds like a machine gun. At the same time drivers door electric window motor is operating al, the time. I have taken the window motor out and pulled the fuse for the passenger door lock. I dont think its connect but just a new clutch installed and the battery earth was loose. Any ideas on this issue

Yeah! My fabia had the same problem. The door locks were unlocking repeatedly resulting in an empty battery. The problem was the door lock control pcb, located above the acceleration pedal (at a LH model). Also you should check the door loom for continuity. 

I would have a look at the loom at the door hinge for broken wires then shorting out to other cables/ground !
