Got a strange squealing/grinding sort of noise coming from what I think is my left wheel, doesn't get any louder or worse when the brakes are applied, when turning left the noise seems to be worse, turning right and the noise stops completely.

 

What could be the cause? Thinking pads or maybe a warped brake disc? Anything else it could be?
