Hi all, 

 

I've recently bought a 55 plate VRS, seems like a great car apart from one annoying issue. After starting the engine it takes up to 15 minutes for the heater fan, rear wiper and electric windows to work. Very annoying but I hope an easy fix. I haven't investigated yet but wondered if anyone could give me a heads up on any possibles that I can look at. I'm competent with general car fiddling and happy to delve into the problem.
