140,000 miles or 5 years whichever comes first.

Five years seem early for a car with standard mileage, where is that info, from?

Not to early as the rubber composition of belt can break down with all the heat cycle the belt may go through if its a short journey vehicle, long journey/motorway vehicles don't have as many so they are based on milage and wear of the belt, cambelts do wear on the teeth and do start to crack , which makes them weak, which leads them to snap.

It's highly likely your water pump will need replaced long before then anyway, in which case it's a no-brainer to do cambelt and tensioner at the same time...

Except if water pump went bad early under warranty, then its highly unlikely that dealer will change it all.
