I've just had the dreaded MOT fail on handbrake. So first step is to get in and clean out, and IMHO, it's a good time to change the rear shoes. For the price of a set, whilst in there, it's IMHO a lot easier and puts my mind at ease. But at same time, as I'll possibly get piston expansion ,it might be a good time to do a fluid change and bleed.

So ,anyone know the quantity of fluid in the systm ,and MORE importantly what brake fluids are compatible with Skoda brake fluid. And what DOT is preferred  these days.

Just use DOT 4, a litre will be plenty.
