Having a  mare trying to set up the online services on my new karoq.  

Download the connect app and set up WLAN to my iphone. 

I click registration     but then it says it's updating and will take a few mins.   So u can press ok and it will work in the background.     That's as far as I get

 

Any ideas?

Use the business option to set it up 

Abandon the mission.

 

Skoda Connect is as much use as a chocoloate fire guard when it's working properly...

 

...which is very infrequently.
