Sorry I know this whole door leak thing had been done to death, but can someone have a quick look at this pic and tell me if this is normal? This is looking down toward the bottom of the door.
 

My car is parked at an angle so it can’t drain out from that side before I move, or it gets high enough to drain (way below seal) but as far as I can tell there’s no way for this water to get in the car from here, and bottom of door card is not damp or wet. About to stick amp under seat and don’t want it to get wet just want to be 100% sure I’ve got this water thing done. 

Yes that is perfectly normal.

Standing water on top of the 'bottom of the door' seal is the sign that the doors carrier's leaky.
