Reading through some back numbers of What Car? , I note the "also coming soon" date of 2021 for the next Octavia and the VRS. Is that still the current guess?

The Mk IV so using your words the "next Octavia" is being officially unveiled on Monday (11th November).

 

You can imagine the order books to open either late this year or early next year with the first deliveries due in time for spring, at a guess.
