Carplay issues since upgrade to IOS 13

Featured Replies

Once I upgraded to iOS 13 (and 13.2.3)  I can see that after the engine is switched off, Waze, Spotify  etc. do not power themselves off  but I need to manually go into the phone and kill the apps.

Previously, once the door was open, Carplay stooped and any apps it was using stopped working really nicely.

Now, it's painful to be honest as I end up in the house having parked the car with TuneIn Radio, Waze and Spotify still open and playing music/showing maps...

On a separate note, has anyone managed to enable Bluetooth audio while Carplay is still running? I find the audio is superior on BT compared to Carplay
