Just joined ive got a 65 plate skoda rapid and im struggling to identify which sat nav entertainment system it has as i need an sd card for it 

Part number is 5Q0035874a

These are pictures of it

Any help much appreciated

Others will I'm sure correct me, but that looks like an MIB2 Amundsen.

 

If it is, I have an SD Card here sitting idle with 2018 maps on it.

 

You'll likely get a better response if you post in the In Car Entertainment (ICE) and Security sub-forum.
