1.6 MPI is shaking when accelerating

Hi,

 

recently my Octy started to shake when I did not used it for several days. In idle speed everything looks good, but when I press the pedal it is like it has no power. When the motor get warm then everything become to the original. Do you have any idea what can cause it? I have checked with Carista and there is no fault code. Can it be the battery? It is like it has only 3 working cylinder. It is only happening when I did not start it for days.
