Get the actual fault codes, then write down what the faults are in English.

Chances are the DPF is dead.

A blown turbo, depending on the reason for failure will have likely filled the DPF with oil, cleaning it will have removed the ash and burnt off most of the oil but once the coating on the baffles thins the DPF will never work properly again. White smoke suggests unburnt diesel fuel, a requisite of a failed DPF regeneration.

As above, fault codes are needed here for an accurate diagnosis.
