Has anyone installed a boost gauge in their Superb III? Where did you mount it?

Years ago in my old heavily modified 450bhp mk1 vRS I fitted the boost gauge and a AFR/EGT gauge in a pod which mounted on top of the steering column. 
you could get a pod for single or twin gauges - I can’t for the life of me remember where I got them from though.....I’ll have a search for you👍🏻

What model year and what infotainment system do you have? There’s a ‘Sports’ menu available in some models that displays boost; perhaps that could possibly be enabled with VCDS or similar?

MY19. I have the ‘sporty’ gauges however want something a bit more visible (and accurate)

Top of the steering column is the obvious choice I guess. Shame there isn’t something purpose made for the Superb like the pods you have posted.
