i got an used GTC1549VZ  turbo. but the actuator ball is somehow dent, and the folding opened, and there is crack. how can i cheaply replace the actuator? they all cost like 200euros. Are the "balls" same size on every garrett turbo, only the shaft is different lenght, or is it more than that? Like different in the inside?

Unless you buy an aftermarket actuator that can be adjusted and you know how to set it up, you will have to get the correct actuator as the stroke and spring pressures may vary.
