Hi  I own a 2015 skoda fabia hatchback se 

 

I'm in the process of transporting a chair and the rear seats only seem to fold as down to 40 degrees.   The lower seats seemed fixed and do not flip down, if I could remove the lower seats allowing the back of the seat to flip all the way down then I could probably squeeze the chair in. However as I said they seemed to be fixed.  Therefore I need some instructions on how to remove the base of the seat or the back of the seat, or the whole dam lot.

The Skoda Fabia Owner's Manual is the first place to look.

The Manual does not show how to remove the rear seats. The fabia combi seat base can be folded, but not on the hatchback version.

Pretty sure the base isn't easily removable on this age of Fabia. All you can do is drop the backs down. There's a thread here where it's been explored.
