Mk1 fabia vrs no noise at tickover but as soon as the revs rise an awful squealing noise ??like a siren.any ideas 

Siren noise is generally caused by imminent turbo failure, take a look at the impeller.

Can i get the turbo off from just working from top of engine bay?
