Can someone help me find what leads I need here?

OK, as the title says, I've no idea what I'm at here, but I want to replace the Columbus unit in my superb mk2 to a new sony unit. I've just no idea what leads or connectors to buy. Are aftermarket fascia's standard? Can someone point me in the right direction? I'm assuming steering wheel controls will be lost, but tbh I don't really use them anyway.
