ABS Module?

Featured Replies

Hi all,

Having issues with a 2013 Skoda Yeti 2.0 TDI 4x4.. ABS light on with a fault code for N/S/F wheel speed sensor.

I've looked into this a little further and don't seem to be getting a voltage (well, 1.5v??) from the ABS module. I confirmed this with the off-side as a known good and I get 10-12v.

I've yet to confirm this low voltage at the module itself but all the wiring integrity looks fine so I'm quite confident that the same 1.5v directly at the module plug.

Seems strange that the module has failed.. Does anyone know if this is a common issue?

Any help would be great. Thanks

Are you sure it is the abs module. Some on here have suffered with corrosion of the toothed ring on the wheel which the sensor uses to detect the wheel is moving?

If the ABS module has failed, I don't believe it's a common issue.

It's more likely to the be the sensor, reluctor ring, wiring or corrosion in the connector(s).
