Hello, I need se pointers to diagnose, for a longo time now i have to replace anually a 30 A fuse on the fuse box um the engine compartment, because it doesnt break ,( melts fuse plástico near One pole) but causes lights failure warning, but now, this solution os no longer working. All lamps are ok.

Is the problem with the daylight driving light lamps? 

Fuse in the under-bonnet fuse box have been known to vibrate and wear the female connectors. The increased resistance then overheats the terminals on the fuse and melts the surrounding area.

 

Replacing the fuse without fixing the wear on the fuse box receptacle only repeats the problem.

 

Please take a picture of the female terminals in the fuse box, are they damaged?
