Finally got round to fitting the additional seal around the door for added noise reduction and noticed the door seal wearing where my behind rubs getting in and out (near to the door catch). It's not broken through yet but feels quite thin in places so looking to replace the seal. 

So:

Straight forward job?

Any options for new seals or just get a Skoda one? (Part number?)

Anything else I should be thinking about? 

Yes, I will be aiming to change how I enter/exit the car in future.

Any Sunday evening lurkers know anything?
