Try holding volume button down for about 10 seconds it should reboot it. Maybe it helps :)

System is working good now. Didn't had to do anything..just left the car off for 30minutes and when i have turned the ignition back on..everything is working back as usual. I was panicked cause didnt know what was causing it to go blank and there were no physical button to do any tweak.

When yours did that, has it reset the Long term & since refill trip computers, mine has done it a few times.

Have you got the Columbus Nav with no physical buttons or the Amundsen with two knobs.

It hasn't reset anything. Mine is with two knobs and rest are touch buttons. What system am I having then? I got no cd player too.

2 knobs is the Amundsen. CD players are optional, I assume you have 2 SD card slots, one with the map data.

Yea, that's right. 2 SD card slots. I miss CD player. because the CD sound is greater than SD card's song. is there anyway we can upgrade the system which is in the glove box?

No idea aftermarket I am afraid.  However all my music is on my iPhone so not needed to look into it.

Take a look in the manual to see what formats it supports? If it supports FLAC then that's a lossless format for encoding your CD's to. Either way though, a 256kbs+ MP3 should sound identical to a CD in a car 🤔
