Not a big problem but my Skoda Connect app tells me that the f/n/s window is not closed 30 minutes after saying it was. Checking that the window is completely closed, thinking that it could have possibly dropped, it is fully up. This problem persists.

Its a syncronisation issue.  Do you have the full connect package (with Connect Care) and the built in SIM or just the "when your mobile/carstick is connected" variant?  It is only reporting the last situation.  Start car....let it run....connect up your phone then press syncronisation.

Hi varaderoguy, I don't think I have the full connect package..... just downloaded the Android app on my phone and paired it to the car. To be honest some of the tech is beyond me. Since enabling connect a car symbol has appeared over the red world symbol (see photo). Pressing a call button on the roof console

Add on for above posting ; Pressing call button on roof console brings up the breakdown call. Is this common to all models.
