Washer bottle Replace 1.2 TSI

Featured Replies

Hi Everyone,

New to the forum, my Mrs has a 1.2 TSI 2011 pre face-lift. The washer reservoir requires replacing as she had a bump in that region and obviously cracked the bottle as there's a leak around that area. Has anyone came across changing one before? Wouldn't mind having a go myself before handing it over.

Cheers

Just a word of caution. I had a similar experience but, when I started to dismantle stuff, it wasn't a cracked bottle, it was a clip on the feed to my headlight washers, thankfully, I was allowed to return the unused, new bottle and swap it for a small clip!

Thanks for the reply, I'll definitely have a look out for that before I go all out on a bottle replace.
