Skoda Octavia Vrs 56 plate exhaust system

Hi there, 

I am trying to change my centre silencer and back box on my 56 plate Skoda Oct Vrs, the exhaust system on my car seems to be a later system and is not the same as the exhaust system that comes up associated with my registration number, the first diagram below shows the cat and manifold to be correct but the centre and back box not the same as I have but the second diagram shows the correct centre and back box but different cat and manifold, any advice guidance would be great.
