Fuel filler Anti Syphon device

Featured Replies

Does anybody know if an anti syphon device is fitted in the fuel filler neck as stanard to a 2016 mk111 Superb?

It is on my 2.0 ltr diesel.  To put additives or fuel in via a can you need a special little funnel which I think comes with the car.  I think mine is stored with the car jack kit in the boot.

Thanks MChris, I found a metal tube that did the job, no sign of a special little funnel in the car, bought second hand (Ex Skoda Head office managers car, don't ask how I found out), other kit missing as well, no emergncy spare wheel, tool kit & dual height boot floor, front mats. when I collected the car from the dealer I pointed out that these were missing & the salesman said that this car wasn't spec'd up for these items, you should have seen his face when I produced the full vehicle spec sheets for the car....he had nowhere to hide!

Obviously been swopped out with another car, on site, to get the sale of the other car, but they did order, FOC, the spare wheel & tool kit & a full set of mudflaps & knocked an extra 1K of the agreed purchase price

Did the same for my car. Swapped four spoked wheels for five Helios (?) wheels. So now I have a spare and they are much easier to clean. If only I could have swapped the metalic blue for my black as well...
