Like title says, does anyone know the torque settings for the water pump to engine bolts?

Also if anyone knows, the settings for the plastic water distribution housing to water pump bolts?

Car is a 13 plate octavia3 1.2

Just got water pump today.

On a related note is there a coolent drain plug on the 1.2TSi, or is it a case of just removing the bottom rad hose.
