FABIA VRS ESTATE

Featured Replies

I have all ways like the vrs fabia

after all cars I have had in my life time

I have seen lots of bad news about the vrs TSI engine is it worth buying a vrs at all

Yes worth buying one, lots of smiles per miles, just getting a good one which is the crux of the matter.

Maybe a member here might sell a good one privately, but people tend to keep those as they might not get offered much to trade them in.

yes thank you but what is the later engine  the better or what year

Late 2013-2014 should be best but are not 100% guaranteed to be trouble free.  There are still issues that need checked out like timing chain,

and then as far as the DSG goes your are looking a older than 5 years now.

So you want one that is issue free, or if it has had issues these were addressed.   So really an older one with a replaced engine can be cheap, or one that has had new Clutch Packs

or MCU can be fine.

Research is needed, service and repair history, and then condition. Receipts and invoices.   Full Main Dealer Service History is worth nothing, they do very little at Main Dealership Services.
