Afternoon all!

 

I’ve had a good search but can’t seem to nail down an answer regarding the correct Brake Pads I need for my Mk2 FL vRS Blackline.

 

If I am correct then the discs I’m after for the front are 312mm and have a PR code of 1ZB (ECP shows this as 1LL-1ZB). Rears being 272mm, PR code 1KS-1KT.

 

However when it comes to the pads I’m a bit stuck.

 

ECP list 2 sets of pads for the front. One has a PR code of 1LL, the other 1ZB. I take it I’m after the larger 1ZB item (71mm vs 66mm in height)? These are showing as having an integrated wear sensor.

 

Any advise would be much appreciated!

found it: have a look at your sticker in the boot for codes just to confirm but I brought:

No wear indicators

Front = 1ZB

Rear 1KT Disc brakes, rear (Geomet D)

 

looking on ECP if found the following which I think are correct, could someone help confirm:

Front - PR codes on site are 1LL and 1LP

Those front pads you’ve linked are the 1ZB with Integrated Wear Indicator however you said you ordered without a wear indicator.

the codes in the boot stated without wear indicator  but yeah I remember this throwing me off a bit  I think I brought these base on the correct fitment as you can clip the wire off if you haven't got it (wear indicator that is) vice versa if the pads don't have the wear indicator but your car does just plug the connector back into itself on your car

 

I can't be 100% what I did now i'd have to have at look at the weekend to confirm  but the codes / dimensions for the pads are correct etc but have a check of the PR codes online to be sure you just need your vin number
