I have recently acquired a skoda rapid hatch back, dealership sent me an SD card for nav but I cannot get the maps to download through the site should this disk come pre loaded or am I doing something wrong

 

What year is your Rapid? What (specifically) nav system does your Rapid have?

 

2017 i believe and I have no idea all I know is that the slot is under the radio

 

In that case, a 2017 should be a simple download, unzip, copy maps to the card, stick it in the slot, carry on.

What's the part number on the SD card? Have you looked on the card to see if it has maps on it already?
