erwin help?

Featured Replies

Hi Guys,

Got my manuals from erwin and I am just looking through them as I am upgrading the sound system and looking for earthing points etc. I have a question though. On the diagrams when the line terminates to a block with a number in it, what does that number refer to? I have looked through all the documentation and they do not seem to refer to fuses, relays, earth points or anything else in the manual so what are they? I also cant find a Key in any of the manuals to tell me what they are referring to.

I think it means it continues on another adjacent circuit diagram, look for the same number and bingo.

Hmmm something to do in my spare time then. Go through the diagrams and link them all up lol 😂

The wiring loom is one piece but you can't fit it all in one drawing electronically, ergo...

Numbers in rectangular boxes indicate the number of the 'current track' where the wire in question resumes. Current track numbers are the ones running along the bottom of the diagrams. You may find this document useful:

Thanks @Wino I had looked for something like that but couldn't find anything. At first I was like wow there must be a lot of fuses in this car haha.
