Headlight adjuster missing drivers sode

Featured Replies

My MOT for my 2013 Davis was failed today due to headlight aim too low. The garage have gone to fix it, and have found they can't as their is a headlight adjuster on one side but not on the drivers side. They say the only fix is to replace the whole headlight, which will end up being hideously expensive.... Is their a way round this? Or a way to get just the adjuster in without shelling out for a whole headlight.

Unless you can find the missing bit somewhere, a new headlight from say, carparts4less, is around £75 (Projector type, I think reflector ones are less), after using the code. Not hideously pricey but enough! I have seen them used, on eBay from around £25 used but that was collection in London, otherwise well, anything up to and even more expensive then new!
