Can Anyone try to make mirror indicator light work as DRLs?

Please if someone do it, I hope to tell me or if someone know the adaptation channel which responsible for coding this light I will do it

It’s not possible. Was asked quite recently in fact. 

I saw it before in Instagram stats for some one but didn't show how to do it.

Do you know adaptation channel which responsible to code mirror indicator light?

Was it on an Octavia III or some other car/model?

I don't remember, but was on a VW car family.

If it wasn't an MQB platform VAG vehicle (such as a Golf VII) then the instructions won't apply to your Octavia III.
