I have a 2015 Fabia 3 with Kessy GO, recently found the option 'Locking for door slamming active' in 05 acc/start auth. menu, I activated it but it does not lock the door automatically when leaving. 
Is this something that only works with the full Kessy? or are there other options I need to enable?

I'm not clear what you are expecting. With full Kessy you have to touch the door handle to lock it, it doesn't just lock as you walk away. Not sure what this particular menu items is, but it might be to do with allowing you to lock the car with the remote before all the doors are closed. On our Kodiaq with full kessy I can lock the car from the drivers door, while the passenger door is still open.

according to this forum, when closing the door and the key is not in the car the doors will lock automatically, it's just not clear to me if it will work with Kessy go or if there are additional settings that have to be changed.
