They’ve been tinted before need a polish. 

Lovey example, guess you’ve saved a few quid buying a modified one as opposed to stock. Looks fab. 

Well as things stand I’ve been offered another one in my fav colour so might be breaking this or selling as a rolling chassis less engine and box etc

Why not sell it? You’d get good money, seeing as the colors so rare and it’s in such nice condition, and your MOT passed with flying colors. Hell I’d buy it if I had the money, seeing as mines a lemon. 

Why would you gut the powertrain when there are about 60 million PD130 engines just like that one?

It’s 240bhp that’s why 😂 I’ve spent a lot of money on the engine recently the plan was always to chuck the engine in somthing else eventually I bought the car with turbo issues the engine is good and although the car looks lovely in photos it needs money spending on it. Rolling car minus running gear is for sale for £650 if I had a spare standard engine to put in it I’d chuck one in and sell it as a runner but if I leave it it will take root in garage so just like to move things on.. 

I could strip the mods off I suppose, put the seat sport intercooler back on, I’d just have to buy pd150 bolts and do headset on next one then. 
 

This has just had new belts, headset, pd150 bolts and new MLS gasket, Egr delete, hard pipes for intercooler, pd150 turbo, panel filter seat fr air feed. 

Get rid of that panel filter, they're dog**** and don't protect the turbo from fine grit. EGR delete and FR air feed do nothing.

It's all about the turbo and intercooler and you can move that from one car to another without mucking about with the engine at all.

It cannot possibly make 240 BHP on a PD150 turbo, we've had a million on here and none of them can top 200 realistically, whoever told you that was smoking something silly.

Why would I pull the turbo of an engine I’ve just rebuilt... and what would I replace it with then 😂 it’s an old Skoda.. Not the end of the world
