New here. I have a 2011 Octavia.

I initially noticed this happening when I unlock the car but recently, I hear it at various times when the car is locked and I am nowhere near it???

Anyone had a similar issue and could shed some light will be welcome.

Low voltage bong - battery on its way out? My Superb MK II did this when I left the side lights on after investigating a number plate light loose connection. I wondered what the noise was for a while.

Many thanks Big John. This seems about right as I think I am still on the original battery.
