VRS knocking noise - Solved

I had previously created a topic on what I thought was my causing the knocking noise on my VRS when in reverse or on hill. Well after months of scratching my head and looking for answers I decided to replace the bush dog bone(Pendulum) mount and instantly it cured my issue.

I opted to replace the existing bush with the powerflex fabia diesel (road) bush as seen below:

Fair easy job to fit, Unless you run into any problems I'd expect it to take around half an hour to an hour, x2 16mm bolts and one 17mm lets your drop the whole dog mount out and the old bush is easily removed with a flat head screwdriver and a little persuasion. Greased up the new bush and managed to push it in by hand even though others have had difficulty.

I was warned about vibrations for at least a week until it beds in, Maybe my old bush was that bad that I was used to the rattle/vibration already and can honestly say I feel no vibration in the cabin what so ever, Now to led it bed In for the week  and see if there any noticeable difference in gear changes.

All in all, happy with the results so far for £35.
