hi I'm after a coolant sensor plug with about 6inchs of wire on it, a hose has rubbed through mine right by the plug and can't re connect it not enough wire its a Octavia mk2 tdi vrs 09 plate

There will be a tiny VW-group part number somewhere on the plastic of the connector housing. Stick that number into ebay search and you'll probably find repair wires with connector plus pre-fitted short wires.
