Skoda Octavia 2 facelift Central Lock Issue

good afternoon, i have a little annoying problem that has lasted a few weeks which is:

when I unlock the car to get in, after opening the door, after a short time the car will lock itself again as if no one had opened the driver's door.

I must say that. the last change I made was to install an android autoradio. I don't know if that influences or not but it is described here as a screening

Does the door open symbol show on the dash when the door is open? If not, it's probably a faulty door sensor or bad wiring in the loom between the door and the car body.

Yes, it shows.

it should only be locked again if the door was not opened. but even if I open it, it locks, which didn't happen
