I own  a 2018 Octavia scout and wanted to add some protection to the rear bumper to avoid damage whilst loading and unloading . I have contacted various suppliers but they all state that their bumper protectors do not fit the Scout. Can anyone recommend where I might find one that fits.

Dunno about specific tailored protectors for a Scout, but you could try "helicopter tape" which is very effective for this sort of thing. There are various suppliers on fleabay.

I dont remember specifying Scout when i got mine off ebay. I'll try and look back on purchases. 

Just looked, yes was specific to Scout. Just put it in ebay C.
