AUX input with aftermarket stereo

Featured Replies

Hi guys.

I've searched around but can't find the answer I'm looking for.

I've decided to fit the Pioneer F77DAB I already have rather than selling it to buy some cheap Chinese android thing.

I think I've got together everything I need.

The only thing I'm not sure of is how to connect the existing aux in under the armrest to the new stereo.

The Pioneer has a standard 3.5mm input on the back. And the current Swing will have a big white plug.

I could make up my own cable I suppose by splicing up an old 3.5mm cable I no doubt have lying around somewhere.

But I prefer a neater solution if there is one.

Anyone know of an adapter? Or where I could find a female socket that the white plug can connect to so make a proper adapter?
